I know I am a bit late in posting this, but I hope that everybody had a happy Thanksgiving with their friends and family. I am definitely thankful for having my good friends, family, good food, great health, high spirits, and technology around me at this time of the year.  In particular, a friend who I haven’t seen in two years is moving to Houston.  She looks more adorable and is definitely more bubbly than when I first met her!

Indeed, there was a lot of hugging and kissing with her!  I also caught up with two other people, and the three of them were among the first 10 to walk into Fry’s today.  As seen below, they have quite an interesting setup:

Anyways, I’m going to study some more Electromagnetic Engineering.   For those of you who have to travel, please stay safe and drive kindly — this is the holiday season.

Me: One sec
Me: It’s the equivalent of drawing that “stairstep function,” if you will.
Me: It’s the floor function!
Friend: so that’s all i need to do
Me: How else can you draw the graph?
Friend: you could draw a field of bunnies
Me: You can do that, and we’ll see which one is correct.
Me: I’d like to see your solution if it were to be a field of bunnies, though…

(12:11:24 AM) Me: Did you solve it? If so, how?
(12:11:31 AM) Friend: i haven’t done any further research
(12:11:38 AM) Friend: i’ve been busting my butt on other things
(12:11:49 AM) Friend: and largely not home this weekend…
(12:11:52 AM) Me: I’ve been anxious to know whether my suggestion works.
(12:11:58 AM) Friend: yes
(12:12:13 AM) Friend: i might consult you again once I get a chance to do it
(12:12:25 AM) Friend: but I have a feeling I’m going to be screwed to the roof till Wednesday
(12:13:06 AM) Me: Aaw… *hands {Friend} a cordless drill set in reverse direction, set of screwdriver bits*
(12:13:37 AM) Me: That’s what friends are for.

Even though I celebrated the fact that I am now able to legally buy alcohol, it was still business as usual (albeit a bit slower). Here’s the obligatory birthday picture:

Nevertheless, I was able to complete all the tasks I wanted to complete today! I was definitely proud of myself! Do I have another picture to symbolize the event? You bet!
